Ralph S.J. Koijen (PhD Finance, Tilburg University, 2008) is Professor of Finance at the London Business School. His research in investments, insurance, and financial econometrics has appeared in top academic journals such as the American Economic Review, the Journal of Finance, the Review of Financial Studies, and the Journal of Financial Economics.

Prior to joining London Business School, Prof Koijen was an Assistant and Associate Professor of Finance at the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, and was a Visiting Assistant Professor of Finance at the NYU Stern School of Business.
